If you haven’t found the perfect spot yet, don’t worry – we can liaise with Guernsey’s real estate agents or property owners to assess the feasibility of your project remotely, providing detailed insights to keep you informed every step of the way.

Whether you’ve already purchased a property or you’ve only identified one that you’re interested in, we will discuss your requirements, providing an outline of what kind of property you would like to create and whether your specified budget is achievable.

All of this can be done remotely, we can create videos of the property and provide access to all documentation digitally.
