Seascape has been a fantastic team effort from start to finish. The brief was to achieve a lifetime home allowing our clients to adapt their living over time, ensuring lift access to the first floor that includes a bedroom to enable living on one level.

Light filled and open plan living spaces to overlook the stunning west coast views were also at the heart of brief.

The constraints and opportunities to improve the site’s potential were explored and carefully considered to find a balance between generous accommodation and good amenity spaces. This lead us towards the concept design in early 2019 with all approvals and construction information ready for construction by autumn 2019. Despite the local lockdown during April 2020, the completion date was still achieved by Infinity Construction in November 2020 as programmed.

Detailed, managed and delivered to an extremely high standard, we are delighted for our clients who are now comfortably enjoying their new home overlooking the west coast.
