Planning applications

We optimise drawings & supporting documentation to maximise the chances of successful planning permission.

Step three.

Building control license

Once planning is approved we prepare a clear set of Building Control plans including performance specifications to comply with the latest regulations.

Step four.

Construction information

The finer details: we’ll deliver everything required to progress to the build phase including collaborating with specialists and creating working drawings, finishing schedules and structural information.

Tenders & contractor selection

We’ll develop a comprehensive tender package and work with you to identify and appoint the correct project team.
