Extending and altering this detached dwelling will bring a new way of life at Onze Onze and work is well underway.
We have designed a contrasting twin peaked two storey extension with a light-weight timber clad link to soften the transition between the existing building and the subservient extension. The re-configured internal layout will allow the existing accommodation to blend new living spaces at first floor level that provides stunning views across Vazon bay whilst retaining a clean access to a decked terrace – perfect for entertaining.
Inclusion of a large curved façade to the new gallery amongst other ‘wow’ features has certainly been an exciting project to be involved in.
Work commenced in October last year – slightly impeded by storm Eleanor. This month the roof structure and coverings have been going on and we can really see the project coming to life.
We are really pleased with the linear contrast between the twin gables of the lounge and the curved gallery!
