Designed specifically to meet our client’s needs, this first floor extension at Walton du Varclin has applied the finishing touch to a truly stunning property.
Carefully designed and engineered to sit over a new en-suite bedroom, a vaulted roof was detailed to replicate the existing internal rooms and match the external style of the property. The ceiling finish of oiled cedar brings much vibrancy and warmth to this large space.
Contrasting wall finishes, new timber framed windows, solid oak flooring and skirtings, oak doors and decorative oak architraves were also attractive additions to match the existing finishes.
Along with internal layout alterations, the accommodation is now configured to suit the occupier’s needs. A unique and enjoyable project on a property full of character and class.
