We were appointed as lead planning and technical designers, and played a crucial role as Contract Administrator throughout the construction stage, collaborating with other consultants and the main contractor, Infinity Construction.
The brief included:

- Preservation of protected granite boundary walls
- Ensuring high-level design consistency throughout the development
