Situated in St Martin’s, this sizable site was acquired by our client with the dream of creating a spacious family home overlooking Petit Bot Valley.
We were appointed to design a four bedroom home that would significantly enhance the site and improve the relationship with the surrounding woodland. Working closely with the Planning Department allowed us to introduce several design features which developed the project and exceeded the expectations of our client.
