The majority of the internal layout has been altered to form an extra bedroom and improve the living space for a young family.
The new pitched roof extension sits over a spacious dining area which links into a new kitchen. The vaulted ceiling includes large Velux rooflights to introduce plenty of natural light to these areas. The flat roof extension forms the new lounge and includes a large roof lantern and sliding doors which lead out to a decked terrace, taking full advantage of Guernsey’s stunning west coast sunsets.
