La Grange de Saints is an excellent example of transforming a dated farmhouse into a beautiful and practical home.
This building has been brought to life with thoughtful upgrades that exceed building regulations. JGA gave significant consideration to the sustainable nature of the materials used throughout and the longer term requirements of its inhabitants.
A new terrace that covers previously redundant space was designed to improve access from the existing living spaces and provide a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape.
The challenging topography of this project required careful consideration to the subterranean lower ground floor and the visual impact on the surrounding area.
