From a derelict three bedroom house to four affordable two bedroom homes.
The design was developed to achieve full planning permission, followed by detailed drawings to comply with the Guernsey technical standards. An extensive project which involved detailed design work to the exterior, including a new access, generating good amenity space, improving the site frontage, creating car parking for each dwelling and providing a full landscaping design to enhance the area significantly.
