Le Bourg has undergone many alterations over the last eighteen months following compliance with Planning and Building Control regulations. The works included – internal layout reconfiguration, roof upgrades, thermal upgrades, new fenestrations, granite pointing restoration, new double garage, boiler housing and extensive external works.
Supported by Sarah Spence Interiors, our client has achieved a very high standard of finish to rejuvenate the spaces internally with Goubert Contractors undertaking the building work throughout to revive this beautiful granite farmhouse.
