Briefed to provide a guest suite for family friends, we took the form of the existing building and mimicked it to provide a generous Bedroom and En Suite.
The Bedroom is linked internally to the main house via an internal door and links on to a patio to the rear elevation. Material selections were kept simple, with a view to matching existing in all respects. The internal space whilst generous in floor plan, is also vaulted to provide the most light and airy of spaces, complimented by four electronically operated Velux roof windows.
Constructed by Evolution Construction Limited within budget and ahead of deadline, our clients are quoted to say: ‘We are very happy with the new space which is better than we expected. We’d have no hesitation in recommending Evolution Construction of JG Architecture to friends’.
